原因可能是第三方应用程序加载造成的

解决： 重新启动你的BB（最好的方式是拔掉电池等待三十秒）

          如果还解决不了，就要‘擦除'装载的数据；不过之前先用DM备份你的常规数据比如地址簿。。

          打开桌面管理（DM）----> 程序加载（Application Loader )--->下一步(next)---->高级（advanced)---->选择删除所有（Erase all application data and Erase all currently installed applications）

          完成（finish);

          BB重启后，用DM还原之前备份的IPD（Restore handheld information）；
